Let’s work on THAT mindset!

You’ve heard me say that before, a strong and powerful mindset is the key to achieving success in your business. My entire Mountain Moving Mindset programme is built on that belief ;-)

As you have the power to create this strong mindset that will propel you toward success, I made my mission to empower, inspire and guide you along your journey.

And, I often get asked: “Where do I start to get “THE” mindset?”. So this week, I thought I’d write a blog post on that and provide you with some key first steps.

Mindset is the strongest tool in your business toolkit. THE mindset will allow you to see all of the possibilities that await you, and to move toward your business vision with confidence. Plus, there is nothing that will stop a strong and powerful mindset: it is an asset in any field, any business, any industry, across cultures and around the world! (more…)

Make Decisions on Faith, Not Fear

There is no denying the fact that we are working in one of the worst economic times any of us has ever seen. Wherever you turn, there is frightening news about the recession and the negative state of the economy.

As a business owner, you can’t ignore these facts, but you can do something about the way you allow them to impact your business.

If you are making your decisions based on fear, because of the things happening around you that are out of your control, you are being reactive rather than proactive. The key to making proactive decisions is your mindset. You need to shift your mind away from fear. Make your business decisions based on faith. These are the decisions that will help you to move forward. (more…)

Don’t Let Distractions Get in Your Way

In order to get outstanding results in your business, it’s important to be practical, stay focused and avoid distraction.

There are plenty of obvious distractions that simply waste your time. It’s so easy to research something on the internet and find that you’ve lost an hour by clicking on other recommended sites and advertisements. That type of activity is clearly a distraction.

But there is another type of distraction that affects business owners. The very opportunities that you are presented with, the chances to increase your business, can be distractions as well. (more…)

Your Attitude is Your Choice

Your attitude is a huge factor in the kind of business results that you achieve. It plays a vital role in setting the tone for your business success because it affects everything that you do.

Let’s face it. You can only have one of two attitudes. Positive or negative. There aren’t any other options; there isn’t any middle ground.

Think right now about two people you know, one with a positive attitude and one with a negative attitude. Think about what generally happens to both of them. Frankly, negative things seem to happen to the negative person, again and again. (more…)

The BIGGEST Key in your business is…

This week I want to write about a BIG key; it is very close to my heart, since it is thanks to this realisation that my life and my business have drastically transformed ;-)

This key applies to all of us, whether you are just starting out or are already a 7-figure business.

And, I’d like to encourage you to not only read this post and nod your head along, but decide that this is a true key and one that deserves for you to embrace it wholeheartedly. Do this shift TODAY and control your results TOMORROW.

We all face challenges and obstacles. It’s an inevitable part of business, and of life. And the single most important tool that helps us to overcome those obstacles is a strong and powerful mindset.

Think back on some challenges you’ve faced. How did you overcome them? Why did you make the particular decisions that you made, rather than doing things differently? (more…)

Weigh Your Options to Make the Right Decision

Over the last couple of weeks, I have focused on “Making Decisions”; this is SUCH an important topic as your ability to move forward in your business depends on your ability to make those decisions. So, this week, I wrap up this topic with this 3-part post!

When you make a decision for your business, is it bringing you closer to your vision? Will it move you one step closer to achieving your business goals, whatever they may be?

If it will, that’s great – because success happens one step at a time, and every step counts. (more…)

Reflect and Monitor: The Before and After of Decision-Making

Last week’s blog post was about making decisions and how important it is for you to do so, as each decision brings you closer to your life and business goals and dreams.

So, this week, I want to follow-up on that post and share with you 2 important steps – often forgotten – of the decision-making process.

There are two very important aspects of decision-making that every business owner must keep in mind.

The first comes before the decision. When you are about to make a decision, it’s important to reflect on your options. (more…)

Your Decisions Define Your Future

Your Decisions Define Your Future

Where you are today – in both your business and your life – is the direct result of the decisions you have made in the past.

Think about it for a moment. You would not be where you are right now if you had made different decisions. So all of the decisions you’ve made in the past are impacting where you are today.

And there’s something really great about this, because it means that where you want to be tomorrow will be the direct result of the decisions you are about to make. It gives you a tremendous element of control over your business goals and aspirations, and moving them in the direction you want them to go. (more…)
