		<description>Good blog post as ever.

I am more and more realising that people with the right mindset, attitude and drive whether in business or employed can make a huge difference.

It is all too easy to get stuck in a rut.

		<description>Hi Paul,

Thank you for your comment.

I so agree, and I am grateful you are sharing your experiences.

I am sure you are familiar with Jack Canfield and his Chicken Soup for the Soul book series; did you know that the first Chicken Soup for the Soul book was rejected by 144 publishers? The 145th was a yes and the rest is history. ;-) What a pity if they would have stopped at the 144th publisher...

Have an inspired week,
Frederique</description>

		<description>Hi Frederique,
No simply means &quot;not, that way&quot;
I have accomplished so much over the years in the face of being told no. I use the&quot;no&quot; as fuel and thank the person as they were right, it certainly was no their way. With this fuel I&#039;ve then continued to source the solution until I&#039;d got the &quot;yes&quot;. I have used this for everything from technology and business to getting tickets and through to building our home.
No is such an easy answer to give but when you believe in something it is simply a matter of resolve and effort to reach your goal.
Regards

		<description>Hi Frederique

in the field of social work we may liken coaching to &#039;professional supervision&#039; and &#039;critical reflective practice&#039; with individuals or groups. Certainly coaching is an extension of this where we proactively challenge thinking towards goal setting, action, achievement and celebration. This framework is at the heart of family therapy solution focussed practice.

The more I read about different professions&#039; approach to learning the more I grasp that our frameworks are &#039;complimented&#039; by differing language yet similar intentions and outcomes. Hence this is why I call my business - Angela McCullagh &quot;Notice The Difference&quot; In essence this means if things need to change, do one thing differently, notice the changes and the difference this makes to self and others , then keep doing more of the same, until that solution becomes redundant then apply the process all over again. Life&#039;s all about change, difference, adaption, revolution and celebration of difference. It&#039;s in the difference we see infinite possibility.

And this relates to your article in sustaining positive different outcomes in our lives we benefit from surrounding ourselves with people who may do things differently yet have one characteristic in common - driven to achieve for self AND others.

Thank you for the opportunity to reflect on relevance of your insights to my practice.

Kind Regards Frederique
