Adversity… it is one of those words, isn’t it? One that we hope we will not ever face, or deal with; mostly, because we fear adversity, it scares us.

And, yet, adversity is part of our life, our business, our organisation. It happens to all of us, and in this article, I want to focus on how to overcome it, taking a look at a series of factors, from beliefs to passion!

So, what’s adversity?

Adversity: a state, condition, or instance of serious or continued difficulty or adverse fortune (Ref: Merriam-Webster).

I actually believe that accepting the fact that adversity happens does help us in overcoming it. From that acceptance, we can them move onto taking onboard learning, and from then on, move forward with our life, our business, or organisation.

Once we accept and take responsibility (shifting responsibility to anyone else other than you takes away your personal power), we reach a true place of empowerment, and we can powerfully move forward, and in the process, leverage these adverse events to their best.

How do we react to adversity?

There are as many ways to react to adversity as there are inhabitants on this planet. Each and every one of us will have our individual reactions to any events in our life. While there are no standard reactions, there are strategies, attitudes, behaviours, and actions that can be modelled to help us overcome the adversity we face in our life, business, or organisation.

How to overcome adversity?

With your mindset! (of course, you know me by now ;-) And, yes, it is a big answer, so here are some of the mindset keys that will help you overcome and deal with adversity by transforming these adverse events into turning points.

This is where your power and control lies. Yes, some events are out of your control, but, you can, at 100%, control your reactions to that event, and letting “it” impacts you, is your choice. We can always control our reactions, thoughts, behaviours, attitudes, and actions. The adverse event (or events) does not have power over you, unless, you let it have power over you.

Your beliefs

When it comes to overcoming adversity, I believe that your beliefs are key. I like to say that your beliefs are like a pair of glasses you use to view the world. Each and every one of us have a series of beliefs: some are empowering; some are not. Our beliefs can help, or limit us, in our life, our business, or organisation.

Your language

Paying attention to our language is also helpful in overcoming adversity.

Take a look at these 2 sentences:

That was such an adversity in my life.
That was such a turning point in my life.

What do you see?
And, say these out loud… What do you feel?

The second sentence should feel a lot more positive and empowering than the first one. And, yet, you are referring to the same event, whatever has happened, that challenge, that roadblock.

For an adverse event to be called a turning point means that the person on the other side of the event called it a turning point. Also, when the event happens, move from “Why me?” — a very disempowering question, that puts you in the role of the victim — to “Yes me!” — a much more empowering affirmation, based on the fact that the adverse event is shaping you into the person you will be tomorrow. Both of these distinctions, are different ways of looking at things, new perspectives, and it comes from within.

Your meanings

What is also in your power and control is to watch out for the meanings you attach to the events that happen in your life, in your business, or organisation. It is a good strategy to pause, reflect and ask yourself, what meaning are you attaching to such and such events, and tweak as necessary, to ensure the meaning is not blocking you, blaming you, nor holding you back.

Your learning

Another key to overcome adversity is to learn from your adverse events, to take stock and draw a list of lessons learned. This process — very often used in large organisations, is tremendously helpful in our own life too, as it enables you to take strength from these events, and move forward. There is something to learn from every experience that you have.

Your passion

And, from experience, last, but not least, a key ingredient, passion. I truly believe that passion is a real driver, and, when things go wrong, and we need to dig deep, connecting with our passion gives us that drive, that oomph, that helps carry us forward and push through.

Remember, adversity wins when you let it win, and it can only stop you if you let it, by giving up. We’ve all had turning points (or will have); our reactions, decisions, and actions in these special moments determine our future.

Who would your ideal 3 mentors/success team members be (no filter!)?

This week, I wanted to ask and focus you on your success team, and particularly, your mentors; check the below answers, we have received such a fantastic and varied selection of mentors!!!

The reason why I mentioned “no filter” in the question, is that you should not restrict yourselves, nor your dreams, EVER! You will also notice that some of these have passed away, and yet, I believe, we can draw and learn from them, and be inspired to this day today. (I even wrote about one of my biggest personal and business inspirations in this post! and, you’ll see that person has passed away and, I never met him…)

I also believe, and can vouch, from experience, that getting clarity on whom we would love to surround ourselves with, and clearly listing them can facilitate the process ;-) So, have a look, dream, and make it happen.

I really like that list of answers; it shows how diverse the answers are, which is no surprise, since we are unique individuals. Also, not only did that question prompted you to think, and as a result smile ;-) but it also gave us all, a wonderful list of these precious things, moments, scenarios, activities, people, etc… that do make us smile! Our mind does not often switch off (and, by the way, that is a good thing!) We think, and we think a lot. This is something we do naturally, and I want to focus on this as it is critical for you to learn how to control your thoughts as opposed to your thoughts controlling you.

What happens when something happens? You start thinking, right?, and when that something is bad, you start thinking bad, right?

We get a thought, and then another one, and then another one, and it is a continuous process. And, it happens over and over again, like a race track. Worrying is a common behaviour; even according to the Wikipedia definition, a small amount is healthy as it prompts us to take precautions (e.g., fastening your seat belt).

BUT, What happens when your thoughts are keeping you awake?
What happens when your thoughts are keeping you in a state of fear?
What happens when your thoughts are negative, repetitive, distorted, and intrusive?

Simply put, there are destructive; they affect you, they impact your results, and your success. All starts with your thoughts.

And, I want to focus on these moments. Those moments, where we become addicted to our thoughts, addicted to our negative thoughts, and we obsess, we worry, we live in fear, we stay awake… Can you relate?

Here are my top strategies to overcome this. Remember, we can interrupt any of our behaviours; we are powerful, our mind is our best asset and we can learn how to control it for the best, and these strategies will help you interrupt this behaviour, and have a positive impact on your life.

Each of these strategies work, when, and only when, you apply them. You might like one better than the other, and by applying them all, you will find out which one is the best fit for you; this will be an individual choice. Also, you might do one after the other, and stack them, till you reach that positive and happy place.

So, a negative thought comes in…

You can ignore it; although, I would not suggest it, as this means you are not dealing with it, and suppressing it, does not make it disappear, and you are still letting it hold space, and control you.

When you start obsessing and looping, face, and apply these seven “S…” strategies to interrupt that behaviour:

Stop
You are the boss, so as simple as this sounds, the first thing you can do is to send a command to yourself, say Stop (STOP!). A direct command, given with a firm order tone, will interrupt the behaviour, like stopping you in your track.

Swap
You can replace a negative thought by a positive one; I like to do a double swap, so, not only swap one for another one, but swap one for 2 other ones. Keep a list of positive, happy, healthy, constructive thoughts, and swap away.

Store / Share
You can store it AND this is only half of the strategy; remember, you do not want to store it, as in ignore it, you want to store it, and re-access later, by sharing it with a supportive person: a friend, a coach, a mentor. Someone with an outside perspective, an objective one, who will help you move forward.

Switch
You can do something else: call a friend, watch a movie, go for a walk, a run… there are so many things you can do; here you want to select an activity that you can do straight away, once the negative thought comes in.

Shhh
You can go to sleep or meditate, to free your mind; you can either meditate on your own, in silence, or have your favourite music on, or thanks to a relaxation cd /track or, a visualisation, guiding you to think of something else and relax.

Speculate
This comes from Dale Carnegie, who said in his How To Stop Worrying And Start Living book, “First ask yourself: What is the worst that can happen? Then prepare to accept it. Then proceed to improve on the worst.” So, ask, accept and proceed.

Scribe
You can start writing; from head to paper, write about what you are thinking to free your thinking place. Whatever is it that you are thinking as long as it stays in your head, it is a jumbo-mumbo mess (!), so write it down; and write it exactly as you are thinking it.

The way we think directly affects the results we get in life; our thoughts control our actions, which determine our success.

And, always remember: you control your thoughts, do not let your thoughts control you.

I have fears.
You have fears.

Simply put, we all have fears.

I wanted to start by sharing this truth, because, there seems to be this misconception that successful people, successful business owners, successful executives, successful leaders, do not have fears. This is false. We do, but (yes, there is a but), an important distinction: it is not that we do not have fears, it is that we’ve learned how to face and embrace them!

Every time you aim towards reaching new heights, you will encounter fear. Reaching that next level requires you to take a leap of faith: whether it is leading your own business, leading your team, or leading yourself.

To be sure, there will be times when every step after that initial leap just fills you with fear. That is completely natural, and the most important thing you can do when you question your every move is to just keep moving forward. Don’t let the fear hold you back or keep you standing still in the same place. It is about pushing through.

Even steps will help you move past fear and closer to the fantastic vision you have for your life. Transformation can happen, both incrementally and in windfalls. To make any kind of transformation in your life, in your business, in your team, and in yourself, the most important thing you can do is to work on mastering your mindset, and especially, learn out to face your fears. This is how you will get past your fears and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

I often say that the first letter in Fear is F, for Face! And, since, we all have fears, the difference is how we react to these, and again, F is your clue; I have experienced and seen 3 behaviours:

Fall back (and run away)
Freeze (and, either, fall back or fight & feistily face)
Fight & Feistily Face

The choice is up to you, a 100% up to you.

Our mind is absolutely fascinating, and it comes down to it; it always starts with your mind. Here are four steps to push through your fears.

Step ONE = Accept
It may sounds odd to some of you, but, the first step is acceptance. Accepting that there are fears, accepting that we all have fears, accepting that this is natural, and accepting that, if you want to reach that next level, then, it will mean encountering some fear: your mind will create it as the next level is new, therefore fearful. Accept.

Step TWO = Face
Once you have truly accepted your fear, it then becomes easier to manage it. It makes sense, right? You first need to acknowledge something exists, in order to be able to face it. You want to face it next, as it is in front of you, it is standing between you and the new you. Whatever next level, you are aiming towards, fear will be there, as it is new. Face.

Step THREE = Embrace
Now, that it is a defined “it”, let’s take a look at it differently, and see that fear is actually very exciting. Stay with me…! You see, fear is a sign that you are about to reach that next level, and that in itself, is exciting. You create your fear; by its definition, Fear is a distressing negative sensation induced by a perceived threat. So, since, it is there anyway, how about you embrace the fact that this symbolises an imminent jump, and get excited. Embrace.

An extra favourite tip: tell someone, whom you trust, your fear; hear yourself say, “I am afraid of…”; it will knock these 3 above steps in once! By talking out loud about it, you will go through accepting, facing and embracing it; once it is out there, move to loving it, as you know, that next step is within reach.

Step FOUR = Push Through
The next step is exactly that: the next step! Take a step towards it, towards your fear, and by doing so, you are pushing through it. Once you’ve done it, you’ll know, really know, it is possible, and then, from one step to another, one foot in front of the other. Push Through.

AbseilingThis reminds me of the first time I did abseiling; there is “that” instant, where you are on top of the rock, on top of the mountain, all geared up, with the instructor, who has shown you, again, and again what to do, and then he says: Go! And, you do not go ;-) You don’t go straight away, because, you perceive a threat: walking off a mountain, right?! And, then, you accept your fear (it is normal to be hesitant to jump off a mountain), you face it (literally and physically, as your body faces the edge), you embrace it (you know how exciting this is, you are about to abseil for the first time), and you push through it (you take that first step, and once you are off, the next one is simple).

So, 1, 2, 3, 4, and then = GROWTH!

You need to stretch to grow; so, go for it: accept; face; embrace, and push through your fears to break through your comfort zone and reach your next level.

Have you ever asked yourself these questions?
“Why me?”
“Why does this happen to me?”
“Why does this always happen to me?”
“Oh Why, Oh Why me?”

You have, right?
Come on, be honest, I have.

I believe we all have. I also believe that some people do it a lot more than others (and that’s where this blog comes in handy!) We mostly ask ourselves these types of questions when things happen, when things go wrong. And, here is the thing: things happen all the time; they happen to you, they happen to me, they happen to everybody; always have, always will. So, where does it leave us? In a very powerful place, if you leverage these things, the stuff, the s… (!) to the best.

When you ask yourself these questions, these “Why me” questions, you put your victim hat on. Taking on the role of a victim, is a very disempowering one. We have all been victims. And, here is an important distinction: you cannot always control the events in your life, but you can always control your reactions, thoughts, behaviours, attitudes, and actions to these events.

The reason why it is so important for you to pay attention to your thoughts — in this case, the ones triggered by the questions you ask yourself — is that our thoughts start everything. I’ll even say that our thoughts drive our success: the way we think directly impact our results. From a thought to a decision, from a decision to an action, from an action to a result! It is a powerful and empowering loop, when, and only when, leveraged to its best.

When you let the “Why me” questions come in, you give away your control, and this will impact your growth. Here are 5 strategies to guide you to getting back your control; you may do them all, or do one of them; execute one strategy after the other till you know you’ve moved forward:

Do NOT answer!
The first strategy is so easy, since it actually requires you to do nothing! You have already thought of these “Why me” questions, so next, It is important that you do not answer these questions; answering these would only fix that victim hat on even more, on your head. I want you to imagine yourself, screwing this victim hat on real tight… not nice, right? No one wants to be in that stuck place. So, don’t do it, do not answer.

Get perspective!
Now, your mind will be racing, since you’ve asked yourself a question, and naturally, it triggers something. We already know, we are not answering these questions, so instead, do enter in an inner dialogue, and put the “thing” into perspective. I’d like you to think of a 3D picture, painting, movie, and by focusing on the perspective effect, do realise that the effect is created by the distance. And, this is what you want to do, you want to distance yourself, think and connect with your mission, your BIG outcome; see it, feel it, hear it. When you have it, imagine you are on top of the world, on top of that mountain, and imagine, the “thing” at the bottom, all the way at the bottom; you have to imagine it, because actually, you cannot really see it anymore. This is where you to be; focus on the BIG picture, and all it takes is often to remind yourself of it, and the most of the things will seem so small.

Take the lessons!
By believing that everything happens for a reason, a great way to move forward and past that “thing” is to ask yourself another question: “What can I learn from this?” Once you have the lesson, take a few minutes to see how this is going to help you going forward. I believe there is something to learn in everything, and spending time extracting the silver lining is useful going forward.

Focus on the future!
Next… The “thing” has happened. Asking yourself these type of question hold you to the past; since you cannot change the past, shift your focus onto the future, because the future, you can impact it. Focus on the BIG picture, be determined, persevere, resilient, and move forward. It is your decision. To move forward, you need to move on, and push through, no matter the obstacle, the challenge, the roadblock. Whatever happens, push through.

Attract the positive!
These type of questions have power over you, so here, we want to swap it around, from negative to positive. You’ve heard of this expression before, “Opposites attract.”, right? So, next, let’s attract the positive…! You’ve just thought of this question, something just went wrong. Immediately, think of something that just went well, a couple of hours ago, or the day before, or the week before. And then, when you have that moment in mind, that moment when something went well, ask yourself “Why me?”, and notice what happens… ;-)

All of these strategies evolve around one key start point: Paying attention!

I often speak, write, tweet and blog about awareness and here again, it is critical. By being aware, you can catch yourself! So, catch yourself, as you and only you have the power to interrupt your pattern. Asking yourself these types of questions is a behaviour, and all behaviours can be changed. Yes, all behaviours can be altered.

And, this one, since we all know, that some people do not display this behaviour, we all know that there are different ways, right? So, it is not that some of us never asked ourselves these type of questions (I know I have done it, and will more than likely do it again!), it is that we catch ourselves and interrupt such behaviours. Like any behaviours, the more you do it, the easiest it gets and the less you will actually have to do it, as the less it will happen.

So…
Something happens…
You ask yourself “Why me?”
AND BAM ;-) Catch yourself, stop, interrupt your behaviour, and follow the above strategies.

These will work for any events. From the big ones, our big turning point ones (and if you have read my turning point, you know), to some daily things, such as your computer crashing, losing the email you had been working on, your broadband being slow, the weather being cold and windy, your supplier being delayed, your post was lost, you are stuck in traffic… You know these types of things!

From event to event, from a thing to a thing, these strategies work, BUT you need to apply them, though.

You are the one deciding to be disempowered or empowered by the events happening around you: it is your choice, so, choose wisely!

We all have things happening, the difference is whether or not, we let these impact us in a disempowering or empowering way. And, next time, it happens, catch yourself in the act, or better say, catch yourself in the thought.

Why? Because you can!!!

If you had to start your business all over again, would you do anything differently?

This question raised many various answers and it is great to see so many various points of views.

On a recent post, I explained when asked that question, why I said no to it and you can read it all here.

The short answer is this: For me, I am the person I am today and I am getting the results I have today by acknowledging that everything that has happened has served a purpose to bring me to that very moment in time, the right now and I would not changed anything as I believe everything happens for a reason and we learn from our experiences and grow. So, if I had to start again, I actually hope I would do exactly the same so that it would bring me today to exactly where I am.

She is a Yoga Teacher, Blogger and Mum to three bubbly teens, and believes in weaving moments of calm into hectic schedules by teaching core yoga techniques that you can add into your everyday life to help you overcome stress and anxiety at home and at work.

In the meantime, sit back and enjoy today’s post, which offers you 4 simple ways to effortlessly go the extra mile in your business.

What Does Go The Extra Mile Mean?
You may wonder what the expression “go the extra mile” means, well, according to the Bible, in Jesus’ famous Sermon on the Mount speech, he says to his followers..”and whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain..”(King James chapter 5. V.4.)

What Does Twain Mean?
Twain is an Old English word which means “two”. So, in essence Jesus is instructing his followers to double their efforts, to go the extra mile. If you relate the essence of his teachings to your business, what can you do to go the extra mile? If you are a budding entrepreneur and working to get your business off the ground, you may not see how to go the extra mile, especially if you feel tired and drained from taking the initial leap to entrepreneurial ship.

What makes you unique, different and special?
You are your business, what you bring, and offer to the world radiates from you. In yoga you are taught that your greatest asset is your health. Your inner beauty, strength and vitality flow through being in good health. So to go the extra mile it is essential you have the energy and strength to do the work and keep your show on the road.

What Is Good Health?
Good health isn’t just the absence of disease. No, it’s more than that. From a yogic perspective, good health relates to the way your energy, prana or chi flows though your body. It’s the sense of vitality, enthusiasm, passion and joy you bring to your life and therefore your business that determines how easy it is for you to go the extra mile. Energy is the building block of life. It is that invisible force which flows in and around you.

Have you noticed that when you are tired, overworked or exhausted you struggle to be creative, have no energy to budge an inch, let alone go the extra mile?

If this sounds like you, rather than continue to run yourself ragged, here are four extra mile lifestyle habits to consider which will help to boost your energy to go the extra mile.

Extra Mile Lifestyle Habit #1 – Be Healthy
In yoga you are taught your health is your wealth. Most of my yoga students are business women , they are high achievers in the 35-45 year old bracket. They are young in spirit yet physically exhausted and worn out with the juggle of home and work life. Constantly on the go and no time for themselves they feel isolated and lonely. Everything goes into growing their business or caring for their family. They have no time left for themselves and eventual run out of steam, burn-out and have no any energy left to go the extra mile. They come to yoga as a way to find the strength and energy to get up and go the first mile. Yoga offers you five keys ways to improve and maintain good health: Exercise, relaxation, breathing exercises, healthy diet and positive thoughts and meditation. Together, these elements help to maintain your sense of vitality and zest for life. => Tip: Make your health and wellbeing your priority. Aim to eat healthily, exercise regularly, be positive and take time out to rest and rejuvenate your mind and body. You will feel more alive and revitalised, ready to give and be your best.

Extra Mile Lifestyle Habit #2 – Be Creative
Take a break from your everyday routine and factor in some form of creative expression. Anything, which you enjoy and allows you to get in the zone and create magic. It may be baking, sewing, running, walking in the park, ballroom dancing or pottery. The more time you spend nurturing your inner muse and creativity, the more you have to give others and go the extra mile. => Tip: Step aside from work and caring for your family. Rediscover your childhood passions and find a way to include them in your daily life. My friend loved being by the sea, so she now makes the effort to take an afternoon off or takes a detour on her business trips to spend time by the sea. It works for her. Time spent nurturing your core is priceless.

Extra Mile Lifestyle Habit #3 – Be Assertive
When you constantly run around after everyone else, say yes when you mean no and burn the candle at both ends to fit everything in, it takes its toll on your immune system. When you are tired, lack fire in your belly and time pressed, it is hard for you to be passionate and enthusiastic about life. You don’t have the energy to go the extra mile and be more productive. => Tip: Stop worrying what other people think of you and learn to say no to people, events and situations which zap your energy. Eat foods which naturally cleanse and boost your immune system, drink more water to help eliminate negative toxins and hydrate your brain.

Extra Mile Lifestyle Habit #4 – Be Loving
We live in a very fast paced, manic society. Everyone wants everything done yesterday. There is no time to enjoy the view, to savour the sweetness of life, to relax and have fun with loved ones and close friends. Even though you have 100s of friends on facebook and people like what you do and follow you on Twitter at the end of the day you feel, overworked, lonely and isolated and question the value you bring to the world. => Tip: Slow down. Learn to breathe and meditate. Recognise and accept your innate beauty and goodness and love yourself more. Spend more time nurturing your personal relationships, have fewer followers and friends and spend more in engaging heart to heart everyday “how are you” conversations. Be gentle and loving to yourself and accept that is the way you want to live your life.

Have you loaded your clapperboard yet?

This is a critical question, and only you, as the clapper loader, have the answer and power to make it happen, so, have you?

Last week, as I stood on stage, and thought to myself, “That’s a wrap” (I had just led my last live event of the year), I got inspired and wanted to share this with you this week. Before being able to say “That’s a wrap”, there is a very important step, and whether you have been on a movie set or not, you know about it; that step is accomplished by the clapper loader, who both marks and operates the clapper board, and says “Action!”.

And, let me start by defining what I am talking about ;-)

Now, I could tell you that “A clapperboard is a device used in filmmaking and video production to assist in the synchronizing of picture and sound, and to designate and mark particular scenes and takes recorded during a production (source: Wikipedia), but I am more interested in you and your roles, as you direct your life and your business.

You know how I like to make things simple, and yet powerful, so this week, I am using a film set as an analogy.

How about you consciously direct your life and your business as if it was a movie?

Let’s have a look at the key roles, crew and cast.

When you are in the early stages of your business, as an entrepreneur and business owner, you are more than likely going to take on all of these roles. And, as you and your business progresses and evolves, do know that you will need to let go of some of these roles.

So, let’s review the crew first (and this is not an exhaustive list)…

Crew – Director
=> you direct your movie, the same way you are taking charge and direct your life and your business

Crew – Producer
=> you produce your movie, and here, is one of those roles that can be delegated, in the sense, that you might have investors, helping you produce your movie

Crew – Production Assistant
=> this is where at the beginning, you do it all (can you remember these days? ;-) I can juggle all of the hats!), and one of these roles that you will benefit from delegating

Crew – Screenwriter
=> you write your movie, the same way you define your life and your business

Crew – Casting Director
=> you cast the roles in your movie, the same way you surround yourself with your team, and decide on your network

Crew – Creative director
=> again, here, at the beginning, you do it all, and one of these roles that you will benefit from delegating

Crew – System Administrator
=> again, here, at the beginning, you do it all, and one of these roles that you will benefit from delegating

And, then, we have the cast…

Cast – Lead Actor
=> here very often you are the lead actor, acting in your movie; going forward, for some of you, you will let go of that role, to work ON your movie, not IN

Cast – Supporting Actors
=> your network environment, and all supporting roles

Okay, so, here is the internal check! Ask yourself the following questions:

* What roles are you fulfilling right now?
* What roles are you already delegating?
* What roles could you start delegating?
* As, Director, are you satisfied with the direction you are aiming to?
* As, Producer, are you satisfied with your production? do you need to look for producer(s)?
* As, Production Assistant, is it time to let go of the administration & logistics workload?
* As, Screenwriter, are you satisfied with your writing? you set the tone of the movie…
* As, Casting Director, are you satisfied with your cast?
* As, Creative Director, is it time to let go of the creative workload?
* As, System Administrator, is it time to let go of the IT workload?

Answer every single one of these questions: assess where you are; it will help you know exactly where you are and provide you with the areas to work on to enhance your life and your business.

And, remember, that critical step, as you step in on stage (and you now know that your stage is your movie, your life, your business), you need to operate the clapperboard, for anything to happen.

Make the decision. Without the decision, there is no action; without action, there is no results; and without results, there is no success.

Isn’t it time to truly and clearly, shout “Action!”…?

There is nothing more important for you to realise that you hold the power, and you can make it all happen, and for it to start, the word Action needs to be heard. And, the action to commence…

Also, make sure your clapperboard slate is clearly defined, so that you know where you are heading, what is the name of the movie, who is the director, when is it, and what is the first scene.

And, when you are ready, Lights, Camera, and ACTION!

Imagine how amazing, it will feel to have accomplished that scene (that project), on way to your BIG picture, and hearing yourself say “That’s a wrap!”.

ONE big movie
A series of scenes.
Shot ONE at a time.

You direct, You lead, You accomplish.
