A few weeks ago, I blogged about change, and gave you a 3-step practical approach to change something you were unhappy with. Since then, I have received many Change Plans, sent from readers, who have gone ahead and implemented the 3-step approach, and it has been wonderful seeing you take charge!
So, this week, I want to share with you a 5-step approach to S.T.A.R.T. off on the right foot! Each of these steps are strategies, and they work best when stacked on top of each other, so I recommend to apply the 5 steps, one after the other.
